Sri Veerendra Heggade of Dharmasthala has showed keen interest in entering to a tie up with the prestigious institution. With this the joint venture of Sri Veerendra Heggde and Hamsalekha Desi College will be staring 10 branches all over Karnataka.

The grand news for Hamsalekha at the 59th birthday of his came up recently. Speaking to this correspondent Hamsalekha with his lunch at The Bell Hotel explained that he cannot ask anything better than the joining hands of Sri Veerendra Heggade Dharmadhikari of Dharmasthala.

The first branch of the Hamsalekha Desi College with Sri Veerendra Hegde is starting in Mysore in the first week of July this year.

Sri Veerendra Heggade was asking me to wait for a right tie up and even minute issue discussed with high degree of interest this decision has come from such a stalwart side remembers Hamsalekha. For every decision the committee discussion from Veerendra Hegdde unit has impressed Hamsalekha.

As of now Hamsalekha has got 34 acres of land approved for the Hamsalekha Desi University near Channapatna. All the 10 colleges will come under this net.

The administration and investment for construction is looked after by Sri veerendra Heggade and faculty will be in the purview of Hamsalekha Desi college.
